About the role
We are seeking a diligent CCTV Operating Assistant to continuously monitor CCTV cameras and security systems, report incidents, and ensure equipment functionality. The role offers an attractive remuneration package.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems continuously.
- Identify and report suspicious activities, incidents, and security concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and observations.
- Coordinate with security personnel and relevant departments when required.
- Ensure the proper functioning of CCTV equipment and report technical issues promptly.
- Mark cameras on CCTV layout maps and update the IP list of cameras and NVRs.
Required profile
- G.C.E. A/L qualification and relevant qualifications.
- Previous experience in CCTV monitoring or security operations is an advantage.
- Good observation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and remain alert for extended periods.
- Basic computer knowledge.
