Assistant Manager - ACR Managed Services

About the role

EY is recruiting an Assistant Manager for its Global Accounting Outsourcing team within the Accounting Compliance & Reporting (ACR) service. The role supports end-to-end finance processes, regulatory compliance, management reporting and stakeholder engagement while working closely with overseas clients. It is based in the Colombo office of EY Sri Lanka.

Key responsibilities

• Support end-to-end finance processes, regulatory compliance, management reporting and stakeholder engagement.
• Engage directly with international clients through one-to-one meetings.
• Take ownership of client deliverables and deadlines.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

Required profile

• Member of CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, ACCA or CMA.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Willingness to work UK business hours (1pm - 9pm).
• Ability to engage professionally with international clients.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Exposure to US accounting, finance or business practices is an added advantage.
