Architect – Hospitality & Resort Projects

About the role

We are seeking a talented Architect to lead the design and planning of new developments, renovations, and expansions for Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams. You will work on high‑profile hospitality projects, shaping iconic spaces that reflect our brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and planning for new builds, refurbishments, and extensions.
• Develop concepts, layouts, detailed designs, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with building, safety, fire, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Integrate sustainable and cost‑effective design solutions.
• Conduct site visits and provide technical guidance throughout construction.
• Support space planning, interior design coordination, and overall project quality.
• Present designs to stakeholders and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture; professional registration or membership preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture, preferably in hospitality, commercial, or large‑scale projects.
• Proven ability to manage projects from concept through construction.
• Strong knowledge of architectural standards, building codes, construction methods, and sustainable design.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with SketchUp or Rhino.
• Competence with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to use 3D modeling tools.
