Android Tech Lead (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and modern Android architecture)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Android Tech Lead to shape and scale the Android stack of our globally recognized SaaS product, SalesPlay Point of Sale. You will combine deep technical architecture work with active development while mentoring a growing engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and evolve a modern Android architecture using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines and modularization.
• Own app performance, reliability and CI/CD pipelines, reducing ANRs and crashes.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair programming and regular knowledge‑sharing sessions.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to break down milestones and deliver high‑impact features, including AI integrations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional Android development experience.
• 1–2+ years in a lead or senior mentorship role.
• Proven ability to ship reliable, high‑quality mobile applications at scale.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
