Visiting Lecturer – Front Office Operations (Receptionist)

About the role

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with industry and teaching experience in Front Office Operations who are passionate about developing the next generation of hospitality professionals. The Visiting Lecturer will join Dutch Academy’s Hospitality Training Division to deliver both theoretical and practical instruction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lectures and practical training sessions.
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments.
• Guide students in developing professional front office and guest service skills.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a positive and professional learning environment.

Required profile

• Relevant industry experience in Front Office Operations, Hospitality, or Guest Services.
• Previous lecturing, training, or teaching experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate learners effectively.
