Undergraduate Trainee - AI Experience Delivery

About the role

IFS is hiring an undergraduate trainee for its AI Experience Delivery team, which sits within the wider Customer AI Experience team. The team improves efficiency and customer experience using AI, and the trainee will work closely with a mentor, gaining hands-on experience with a variety of AI tools including Microsoft Copilot.

Key responsibilities

• Help manage AI engineering feedback and AI solution rollout metrics, reporting and communication
• Manage the AI backlog and confirm requirements
• Support AI experience discovery activities such as user interviews, feedback collection and usage analysis
• Assist with AI solution validation before UAT
• Contribute to documentation and enablement materials
• Work closely with AI Engineering, Product Owners and Support teams

Required profile

• Working towards a degree in Business, Management or an IT-related subject, or equivalent
• Foundational understanding of key business functions such as sales, commercial operations, consulting and support
• An awareness or interest in AI
• Understanding of ITIL principles is beneficial

Required skills

• Proficiency in fundamental computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and basic software applications
• Strong command of written and verbal English
• Self-motivated, clear communicator, creative thinker with presentation skills, proactive problem solver, quick to adapt and efficient at managing time and workload
