Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Set up and clear tables, maintain cleanliness of the dining area, and uphold service standards.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to communicate guest requests and ensure smooth service flow.
• Learn and apply company service procedures, product knowledge, and menu details.
• Participate in ongoing training and develop skills for progression to senior service roles.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Interest in food & beverage service and willingness to learn about menu items and preparation.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Galle, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude toward feedback.
• Basic English proficiency; additional language skills are a plus.
