Tour Executive

About the role

The Tour Executive at PERK Travels is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Colombo. You will be the main point of contact for planning, organizing, and delivering memorable tours for our clients, ensuring every detail runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Design and tailor detailed itineraries to match diverse client preferences.
• Coordinate bookings with hotels, transport providers, and local partners.
• Communicate with clients before, during, and after tours to understand needs and resolve issues.
• Support guided tours, manage daily schedules, and maintain accurate operational records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve tour packages and customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong ability to plan and organize tours with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, partners, and teammates.
• Customer‑focused mindset with problem‑solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Sinhala and/or Tamil is a plus.
• Familiarity with travel booking tools and basic computer literacy.
