Telesales Representative – On‑site (Rajagiriya)

About the role

The Telesales Representative will engage prospective and existing clients by phone to introduce BizGuide Global’s business support services, understand their needs and propose suitable solutions. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Rajagiriya and focuses on driving sales and supporting customer retention.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing clients via outbound and inbound calls to present services.
• Follow up on leads, update CRM records and schedule consultations or meetings with internal teams.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining accurate call logs.
• Provide clear information about company incorporation, accounting, legal and other services and address basic client queries.
• Participate in product and sales training sessions and contribute to the continuous improvement of call scripts.
• Support customer retention initiatives by maintaining positive relationships.

Required profile

• Strong spoken English with the ability to explain services confidently over the phone.
• Customer service orientation and professional handling of inquiries.
• Sales aptitude including lead qualification, persuasion and closing techniques.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training and apply new product knowledge.
• Previous experience in telesales, call‑center operations or client‑facing roles is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of business services such as company registration, accounting or legal support.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven environment, manage time effectively and use CRM or call‑management tools.
• Minimum education: high school diploma; further studies in business, marketing or related fields are a plus.
