About the role

We are looking for confident, target‑driven individuals to join our Tele Sales team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with potential customers, promoting products and services, generating sales opportunities, and achieving monthly sales targets through effective communication and relationship‑building.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Promote products and services to potential customers
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate CRM records
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Improve conversion rates through effective sales techniques

Required profile

• Ability to work UK shift timings
• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales goals
• Strong confidence speaking with customers over the phone
