TechOps Engineer

About the role

The TechOps Engineer is responsible for daily application operations, ensuring system stability, automation, and efficient troubleshooting across Linux‑based environments. You will work with global clients to maintain and improve multi‑tier architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and manage 3‑tier system architecture (presentation, middleware, database) on Linux hosts.
• Install, tune, and manage middleware containers, CMS, caching technologies, and databases across various cloud platforms.
• Handle release management and proactive monitoring of production and non‑production systems.
• Respond to business‑critical incidents while adhering to defined SLAs.
• Develop scripts and automation solutions to streamline operations.
• Support L3 teams in troubleshooting complex issues.
• Engage directly with clients worldwide to address technical concerns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Linux administration; RHCSA certification or hands‑on experience preferred.
• Familiarity with industrial tools such as Jenkins, Rundeck, SoapUI, Postman, and SQL Developer is advantageous.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and research skills.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, OCI) are a plus.
