Technical Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to develop and deliver technical training across our service network in Colombo. The role focuses on enhancing product knowledge, supporting technicians, and improving service quality within the automotive sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training modules, workshops and webinars.
• Coach and provide technical guidance to technicians and network providers.
• Support diagnostics, parts identification and repair procedures.
• Offer real-time technical support and roadside repair guidance.
• Collaborate with service networks, dealers, RSA, customer care and technical teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in technical knowledge and service quality.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 4/5 or Bachelor’s Degree in Automobile Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in the automobile industry, primarily in service and repair.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Technical Trainer.
• Strong communication and customer care abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
