Student Recruitment Consultant (Remote, Commission‑Based)

About the role

We are looking for motivated Student Recruitment Consultants to join our international education consultancy network. This fully remote, performance‑driven position requires you to generate and manage your own pipeline of prospective international students and guide them through the entire admissions journey.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recruit prospective international students using personal networks, marketing efforts, referrals or other channels.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of student leads.
• Counsel students on Bachelor’s, Master’s, Diploma and Foundation programmes.
• Guide applicants through university application procedures and required documentation.
• Support students throughout the visa application process and maintain regular communication until enrollment.
• Provide professional, ethical and accurate advice at every recruitment stage.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Experience in international student recruitment, education consulting, admissions or a related field (preferred).
• Good understanding of university admissions and student visa processes.
• Ability to work independently and generate your own student pipeline.
