Student Recruitment Consultant (Remote, Commission‑Based)

About the role

We are looking for motivated, results‑driven Student Recruitment Consultants to join our international education consultancy network. The position is fully remote and operates on a commission‑only basis, meaning you will generate and manage your own pipeline of prospective students.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recruit prospective international students through personal networks, marketing activities, referrals or other channels.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified student leads.
• Provide counselling on bachelor’s, master’s, diploma and foundation programmes.
• Guide students through university application procedures and required documentation.
• Assist students with visa application processes and ensure continuous communication until enrolment.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Experience in international student recruitment, education consulting, admissions or a related field.
• Good understanding of university admissions and student visa processes.
• Ability to work independently in a performance‑driven, commission‑only environment.
