Social Media Content Creator – Employer Branding

About the role

Codimite is looking for a Social Media Content Creator to boost its employer brand across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. You will capture authentic moments, work closely with employees, and turn everyday experiences into engaging stories that showcase our culture and workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and publish employer‑branding content on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Develop creative formats such as Reels, TikToks, stories, employee features, and behind‑the‑scenes posts.
• Identify trending sounds, themes, and formats relevant to Codimite.
• Collaborate with staff to produce authentic, people‑focused content.
• Capture photos and videos at events, celebrations, workshops, and daily office life.
• Build and maintain a library of employee photos, videos, testimonials, and brand assets.
• Support campaigns that highlight Codimite’s culture, growth opportunities, and employee experiences.
• Work with Talent Acquisition to create content that attracts high‑quality talent.
• Encourage employees to become brand ambassadors and share content.
• Provide ready‑to‑share templates for employee use on their professional networks.
• Highlight employee milestones, achievements, and growth stories.
• Assist with university partnerships, career fairs, and industry collaborations to increase visibility.
• Coordinate employer‑branding events and maximize content opportunities before, during, and after each event.
• Monitor performance metrics, audience sentiment, and use insights to improve future content.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; interns and fresh graduates are welcome.
• Comfortable being hands‑on and working directly with teams.
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling.
• Strong interest in social media trends and employer branding.
