Sinhala Quality Control Specialist – AI Data Annotation

About the role

We are seeking a meticulous Sinhala Quality Control Specialist to support Project Epsilon, an AI data annotation initiative. In this remote-friendly, task‑based position you will ensure that trainer‑generated question‑image‑answer sets meet the highest standards of accuracy and consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Review completed tasks submitted by Trainers, including the original question, the associated image, and the golden answer.
• Independently verify whether the golden answer correctly reflects the content of the image.
• Identify and flag answers that are incorrect, incomplete, ambiguous, or inconsistent with project guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback or corrections to maintain overall data quality.
• Track recurring error patterns and report them to the project team.
• Ensure Trainer output meets the project's quality bar before final sign‑off.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for inconsistencies.
• Ability to work independently and make accurate judgments based on visual content.
• Excellent written communication skills for providing feedback.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working remotely.
