About the role
As a Showroom Executive/Assistant you will be the first point of contact for visitors, helping them explore LUMALApioneers' extensive range of bicycles, e‑bikes, Echo haulers and e‑3 wheelers. The position supports the sales team, ensures the showroom reflects the brand’s standards, and contributes to achieving monthly sales targets during a period of rapid expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom
- Provide product information and guide customers to make informed decisions
- Drive sales and achieve targets
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and presentation
- Handle customer inquiries, both in person and over the phone
- Process transactions and manage sales paperwork
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, approachable, and customer‑focused attitude
- Sales‑driven with a passion for exceeding targets
Required skills
- Basic computer skills
