About the role
Join LUMALApioneers, a leading bicycle manufacturer, as a Showroom Executive/Assistant. You will be the front‑line representative, helping customers choose the right bike and driving sales in a fast‑growing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom.
- Provide product information and guide customers to make informed decisions.
- Drive sales and achieve targets.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries in person and over the phone.
- Process transactions and manage sales paperwork.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer‑focused attitude.
- Sales‑driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Basic computer skills.
