Senior Talent Acquisition Executive – Headhunting & Executive Search

About the role

We are seeking a highly driven senior talent acquisition professional to join our Executive Search team in Colombo. The role focuses on headhunting and executive search, proactively identifying and engaging high‑quality passive candidates for senior and specialist positions across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct proactive headhunting for assigned senior and specialist positions.
• Identify passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, databases and other sourcing channels.
• Develop and maintain talent maps and strong talent pools for current and future mandates.
• Perform detailed market research and mapping of target companies, competitors and organisational structures.
• Engage candidates through LinkedIn, email, telephone and build long‑term professional relationships.
• Screen and shortlist candidates against technical, functional and industry requirements.
• Collaborate with the recruitment/search team, meet daily and weekly KPIs and maintain accurate activity reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in executive search or senior talent acquisition.
• Strong research and analytical abilities to build talent and market maps.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging passive candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets and manage multiple mandates.

What we offer

• Competitive gross salary of LKR 80,000 – 150,000 per month.
• Quarterly commissions ranging from LKR 300,000 – 800,000.
