Recruiter (Remote, Full‑time)

About the role

Ajaia is seeking a remote Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end hiring for a globally distributed team. You will own the full pipeline, from intake to offer, ensuring a clean, efficient process across multiple continents.

Key responsibilities

• Run intake meetings with hiring managers, translate rough notes into detailed job postings.
• Own full‑cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, assessment review, scheduling, and offer support.
• Manage the assessment pipeline, quickly advancing strong candidates and providing timely feedback to others.
• Handle salary conversations, aligning candidate expectations with company bands.
• Maintain accurate ATS data, eliminate duplicate postings, and ensure stage hygiene.
• Build AI‑assisted workflows to automate repeatable tasks and improve screening efficiency.
• Report weekly on pipeline health, highlighting bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• 2+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, including intake, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing.
• Strong written English with the ability to craft personable outreach and rejection messages.
• Comfortable conducting salary conversations and managing expectations.
• Highly organized, able to maintain clean ATS hygiene under high volume.
• Calm and clear communicator with hiring managers, especially when challenging briefs.
• Based in the Philippines, India, Pakistan, Kenya, or Sri Lanka with meaningful overlap with US Eastern hours.

Required skills

• Daily use of AI tools for drafting outreach, summarizing submissions, and screening.
• Ability to evaluate AI‑generated output and distinguish quality content.
