Senior SEO Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to join our Dutch SEO team and mentor a Junior SEO Specialist. The role is fully remote and focuses on organic, technical and content SEO, GEO strategies and reporting to improve client performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support and guide the Dutch Junior SEO Specialist.
• Develop and execute SEO and GEO strategies.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and identify improvement areas.
• Perform keyword and competitor research.
• Create content strategies, plans and SEO briefs, and optimise content using AI tools.
• Improve visibility across Google and AI platforms such as ChatGPT.
• Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions and LLM visibility.
• Build and analyse reports using GA4 and Google Search Console.
• Turn SEO data into clear actions and priorities.
• Make basic updates to WordPress sites and collaborate with developers for deeper technical support.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of hands‑on SEO experience.
• Strong experience in technical and content SEO.
• Proficiency with GA4 and Google Search Console.
• Ability to turn data into concrete improvements.
• Experience with WordPress site optimisation.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to work independently.
