Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

Raketman is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to lead QA activities across web, mobile and cloud solutions. You will own the testing process, drive automation, and ensure high‑quality releases for our international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end QA ownership for web, mobile and cloud applications.
• Design, develop and maintain automated test suites using Selenium, Cypress and Java.
• Conduct functional, regression and exploratory manual testing.
• Optimize performance with JMeter or Gatling and perform security testing with OWASP ZAP or Burp Suite.
• Validate REST APIs using Postman and Rest Assured.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines with Docker, Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Test Power BI reports for data accuracy, functionality and performance.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and collaborate closely with development teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of QA experience, including automation, performance and security testing.
• Strong written and spoken English for communication with European clients.
• Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.
• Proven ability to mentor and share best practices with junior team members.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 compliance requirements.
