Senior Pricing & Merchandise Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Pricing & Merchandise Analyst to own pricing execution, demand planning and performance insights across our catalog of diamond jewelry. You will partner with vendors and internal teams to ensure competitive pricing, adequate inventory and early identification of trends that drive revenue, margin and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Own pricing updates across the catalog and maintain/improve pricing models (markup curves, competitive positioning).
• Monitor competitor pricing and recommend adjustments to improve conversion and margin.
• Identify pricing opportunities and risks across categories.
• Build and maintain demand forecasts for key product categories.
• Identify trends and shifts in demand to inform vendor planning.
• Highlight inventory gaps and risks based on forecast vs. supply.
• Partner with vendors to align inventory availability with demand and communicate pricing updates.
• Own weekly sales and performance reporting, analyzing conversion, pricing performance and product trends.
• Deliver clear, actionable insights to leadership.
• Ensure accuracy of pricing, product data and reporting; support initiatives such as new categories and pricing standardization.
• Identify and resolve data or process issues impacting performance.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in retail merchandising, merchandise planning, pricing or analytics.
• Strong understanding of core retail concepts (pricing, margin, sell‑through, inventory planning).
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• SQL knowledge (as indicated).
