About the role

Saga Consultants is seeking a motivated Junior Mortgage Operations Executive to join its growing team. The role focuses on reviewing and processing mortgage loan applications, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process mortgage loan applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify supporting documents against lender and client requirements.
• Conduct quality checks on mortgage files to ensure compliance and data integrity.
• Maintain accurate records and update loan‑related information in internal systems.
• Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining service standards.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work across different time zones and shift schedules.

Required skills
