Senior OT Cybersecurity Engineer – Network, Endpoint & Architecture

About the role

We are looking for a senior engineer to lead the design, implementation and protection of Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control System (ICS) environments. The role combines deep technical expertise with the ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups to ensure secure, reliable operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement OT network security, endpoint protection and overall cybersecurity architecture.
• Support OT/ICS projects through engineering, implementation, testing, commissioning and FAT/SAT/SIT activities.
• Conduct vulnerability and threat assessments, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Perform security risk assessments and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.
• Coordinate with site security teams, system owners, vendors and project managers to align security requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and problem‑solving for complex OT security challenges.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in IT security or cybersecurity.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with OT/ICS cybersecurity administration and engineering.
• Strong technical and business understanding of OT/ICS environments.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
