Senior Offshore Planner

About the role

Tommy Hilfiger is seeking a Senior Offshore Planner to support its global supply chain operations. The role focuses on driving operational excellence across North America and Europe by collaborating with vendors, monitoring production progress, and ensuring high on‑time availability in distribution centers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead seasonal planning cycles with vendors for EU and NA markets, targeting high on‑time availability (OTA) and in‑DC delivery rates.
• Negotiate capacity and utilization with suppliers, managing work‑in‑progress and exception handling.
• Provide timely supply projections to vendors and monitor production status at factories within assigned hubs.
• Maintain and improve planning system data, including vendor capacity, SMV, and forecast vs. offered capacity.
• Support system administration and contribute to the enhancement of operational KPIs.
• Collaborate with strategic raw‑material planning to increase speed and flexibility.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply planning or similar logistics roles within a global apparel or consumer goods environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to resolve unpredictable operational issues.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional and vendor interactions.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
