Senior / Lead IFS HCM Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior / Lead IFS HCM Consultant to own the HR workstream end‑to‑end on IFS Cloud projects. You will lead solution design, configuration, go‑live, hyper‑care and post‑implementation support for Human Capital Management modules.

Key responsibilities

• Lead HR Fit‑to‑Standard workshops and solution design.
• Configure HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance and Leave Management.
• Support payroll configuration and ensure statutory compliance.
• Drive HR data migration, validation and integration with biometric systems and finance interfaces.
• Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Go‑Live activities.
• Provide L2/L3 support and continuous improvement after Go‑Live.
• Engage HR leadership and manage stakeholder expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of ERP HR/HCM consulting experience.
• Proven delivery in IFS Applications or IFS Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes (hire‑to‑retire lifecycle) and payroll statutory compliance.
• Experience in data migration, payroll testing and Go‑Live support.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and training capability.
• Relevant IFS certifications preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
