Senior Interior Designer – Team Lead

About the role

A client specialising in exclusive, high-quality furniture and comprehensive interior solutions for a high-end clientele is looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join its team. The designer will lead bespoke furniture and interior design projects, developing turnkey solutions that reflect each client's personal vision.

Key responsibilities

• Lead furniture and full-scale interior design projects, delivering cohesive, high-end spaces that blend creativity, functionality and timeless design.
• Translate luxury and elegance into every detail of the projects.
• Manage project timelines, maintain brand standards and contribute to design innovation.
• Work in a target-driven environment, promoting design solutions and luxury products.

Required profile

• Minimum of three years' experience in high-end residential interior design.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Interior Design, with strong space-planning skills.
• Experience leading a design team and excellent communication and customer service skills suited to an exclusive clientele.
• Practical, solution-oriented approach to design, fabrication and installation challenges.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Knowledge of furniture manufacturing and construction processes; hands-on experience is an advantage.
