Senior Executive Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Senior Executive in Talent Acquisition to support both technical and non‑technical hiring needs. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and maintaining clear communication throughout the recruitment cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract top talent using job boards, social media, networking, headhunting, and referrals.
• Review CVs, conduct initial screenings, and evaluate candidates for skill, experience, and fit.
• Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback.
• Update candidate records, manage job postings, prepare offer letters, and handle recruitment‑related administrative tasks.
• Ensure accurate data in the ATS, maintaining compliance and data integrity.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to understand hiring needs and support effective recruitment strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 + years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, covering both tech and non‑tech roles.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience using ATS systems.
• Ability to craft Boolean search strings.
