Client Relations & Operations Executive

About the role

InTalent Asia is looking for a confident, organized and customer‑focused professional to serve as the primary point of contact for clients, manage day‑to‑day communications and coordinate operational activities across recruitment and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Handle client communication via email, phone and WhatsApp on a daily basis.
• Coordinate client requirements with internal recruitment and business teams.
• Follow up on interviews, feedback, documentation and other operational matters.
• Provide timely updates to clients and ensure a high standard of service.
• Maintain accurate records of client activities and follow‑ups.
• Address client queries professionally and work with relevant internal teams to resolve issues.
• Support management with operational and client‑related tasks.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑relationship abilities.
• Professional email and business correspondence skills.
• Good coordination, follow‑up and organizational capabilities.
• Confidence communicating with local and international clients.
• Positive, proactive and solution‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in client servicing, customer relations, operations, recruitment or HR is an advantage.
