About the role

As a Senior Analyst – Talent Acquisition at Ascent, you will play a pivotal role in the Human Resource Operations team, directly influencing the company’s success and helping set new benchmarks in recruitment excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle across all business units, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and maintain employment sources, including social media, networking, and headhunting channels.
• Coordinate client recruitment planning, finalize hiring needs, and ensure delivery of top‑tier candidates.
• Maintain client relationships, present operational status, and handle escalations with root‑cause analysis.
• Drive process improvements, automation projects, and cost‑to‑serve efficiencies.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and update Standard Operating Procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in BPO/Apparel sector.
• Proven experience in leadership hiring (Managers to C‑Suite).
• Strong English communication skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Tech‑savvy, independent worker with strong client relationship and negotiation abilities.
