About the role

Raula Barbershop is seeking a full‑time Salon Manager to lead daily operations at its modern grooming destination in Colombo. The role focuses on delivering a smooth, client‑focused experience while maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise barbers and support staff, manage work schedules and coordinate client appointments.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and overall salon appearance.
• Monitor service quality, address customer inquiries and feedback, and support marketing initiatives to grow the client base.
• Manage inventory, oversee cash handling, and prepare regular financial reports.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and training processes to ensure consistent service standards.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, staff, and vendors.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven customer‑service abilities with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
• Experience in hiring, coaching, performance management, and scheduling.

Required skills

• Familiarity with appointment booking systems.
• Basic budgeting and inventory management capabilities.
