Sales Promotion Officer – Agriculture

About the role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Promotion Officer (Agriculture). The role involves driving agricultural product sales, coordinating with distributors and dealers, ensuring timely product availability, and maintaining strong customer relationships to meet territory targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve territory targets for product volume and sales.
• Coordinate orders with sub‑dealers and distributors.
• Set and monitor sales targets with distributors and dealers.
• Conduct distribution rounds with distributors to ensure timely product availability.
• Assist with debt recovery at sub‑dealer, distributor, or stockist level as directed by the Area Manager.

Required profile

• Diploma in Agriculture or NVQ level 5/6.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Field Assistant.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Literacy in general IT applications and English.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer relations skills.
• Adaptability to different environments with emotional intelligence and confidentiality.
• Knowledge of agricultural products.
• Young, energetic, self‑motivated team player willing to work shifts.
