Sales Officer / Senior Sales Officer – Flooring Solutions

About the role

Kirin Flooring is seeking dynamic Sales Officers and a Senior Sales Officer to expand its market presence in Colombo and surrounding areas. You will promote a wide range of high‑quality residential, commercial and industrial flooring products, building strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through client visits and networking.
• Manage existing accounts, prepare quotations, present product options and close sales.
• Coordinate order processing, delivery schedules and after‑sales support with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate sales records and track performance against targets.
• Senior role: mentor junior staff, handle key accounts and contribute to sales strategy and market expansion.

Required profile

• Proven client relationship management, negotiation and consultative selling experience.
• Strong verbal and written English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and meet sales targets.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within Colombo and nearby areas.
• Business, Marketing or related education preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and digital reporting tools.
