Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive new business for PERCS’ cloud‑based digital solutions in Maharagama. You will identify prospects, build relationships and help clients adopt efficient, secure software platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demos and prepare proposals or quotations.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and follow up on leads to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and gather customer feedback.

Required profile

• Proven track record in prospecting, lead generation and closing sales, preferably in software or cloud services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills with confidence engaging decision‑makers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field is preferred.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to work independently while contributing to a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software for reporting and pipeline management.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business benefits.
