Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will work in a sewing machine showroom, assisting customers in selecting the right machines, accessories and spare parts while delivering excellent service. The role focuses on meeting sales targets and maintaining a well‑presented showroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
• Assist customers in choosing suitable sewing machines, spare parts and accessories.
• Explain product features, pricing and operation as needed.
• Maintain an organized showroom with properly displayed products.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations and after‑sales support.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions and new models.
• Support stock management, inventory counts and daily showroom operations.

Required profile

• Successfully completed G.C.E. O/L and A/L examinations.
• Certificate in Sales, Marketing or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in the sewing‑machine industry or showroom sales is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
• Strong selling, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work in a results‑oriented environment and meet sales targets.
• Good organizational skills and teamwork capability.
• Willingness to learn about new sewing‑machine models, accessories and technologies.
