Sales Executive – IELTS, PTE & Business English

About the role

Lanka Academy is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive lead conversion and student enrolments for its IELTS, PTE, and Business English programmes. The role is focused on engaging prospective students, understanding their needs, and guiding them to the right courses.

Key responsibilities

• Call and follow up on incoming leads.
• Assess student requirements and recommend suitable programmes.
• Convert enquiries into paid enrolments.
• Maintain consistent follow‑ups and track the sales pipeline.
• Build strong relationships with prospective students.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• 1–3+ years of experience in sales, telesales, business development or customer engagement.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Energetic, positive and ambitious personality.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
• Experience in the education sector is a plus.
