Sales Associate

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and confident Sales Associate to join our team in Kurunegala. The successful candidate will be fluent in Sinhala, aged between 20 and 30, and will play a key role in communicating with prospects, following up consistently, and supporting overall sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through phone calls, messages, and regular follow‑ups.
• Understand customer needs and clearly explain our programs and services.
• Maintain ongoing follow‑up with leads and support the enrolment and sales process.
• Record leads, customer interactions, and daily/weekly updates accurately.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets with professionalism and consistency.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written Sinhala language skills.
• Age between 20 and 30 years.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Personal qualities such as resilience, patience, motivation, confidence, and adaptability.
• Calm and positive handling of customer questions, objections, and follow‑ups.
• Self‑driven attitude with a willingness to learn and improve.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency, including Excel and Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Web, email, and simple CRM tools.
