Revenue and Reservation Manager

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a Revenue Manager to join its team in Kalpitiya. The role supports the smooth running of the revenue management department, covering the hotel's reservations and meeting and events enquiries, and works to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Support the revenue management department, handling reservations and meeting and events enquiries
• Maximise guest satisfaction and comfort, responding positively to enquiries and resolving problems
• Develop and implement strategies that identify, communicate and deliver key revenue management metrics
• Manage the team's life cycle, fostering growth, development and performance
• Control costs and inventory and manage the departmental budget
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Review business performance and recommend actions to improve financial results
• Ensure compliance with legislation and prepare documentation for internal and external audits

Required profile

• Proven experience in revenue management
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities
• Strong managerial skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and a passion for hospitality
• Ability to find creative solutions and give advice and recommendations
