Restaurant & Bars Manager

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a Restaurant & Bars Manager in Kalpitiya. The role balances strategic focus on guest experience, revenue generation and commercial results, working with the culinary and operations teams to deliver dining and beverage experiences that meet brand and guest expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic plan for the Restaurants & Bars department aligned with company goals and brand standards
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial performance, maximising revenue and profitability while managing costs
• Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to design and run dining and beverage experiences
• Ensure day-to-day operations of all restaurant and bar outlets meet service and quality standards
• Monitor guest feedback and address concerns proactively
• Take part in menu design, pricing and evaluation
• Lead, train and develop a high-performing team
• Work with marketing on promotion of outlets, events and offers
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and licensing regulations
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers and partners

Required profile

• Proven food and beverage experience, ideally in hotels
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability
• Hands-on leadership with a lead-by-example style
• Commitment to exceptional guest service
• Excellent communication, listening and collaboration skills
• Ability to handle multiple challenging priorities

Required skills

• Outstanding analytical and strategic financial skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
