Reservation Specialist – Airline Ticketing

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused Reservation Specialist to join our team in Dehiwala. You will handle airline bookings, ticketing, and related customer service tasks using industry‑standard reservation systems.

Key responsibilities

• Process flight reservations, ticketing, re‑issuance, cancellations and refunds.
• Accurately manage bookings through Amadeus or other GDS platforms.
• Monitor airline schedule changes and communicate updates to customers.
• Coordinate with airlines, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve booking‑related issues.
• Track pending bookings, payments and ticketing deadlines.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with airline and company procedures.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in airline reservations, ticketing or a similar travel‑industry role.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work flexible hours according to business needs.

Required skills

• Amadeus (GDS) or other Global Distribution System.
