About the role

We are seeking a passionate, customer‑focused Travel Consultant to join our team in Dehiwala. You will guide clients through the entire travel booking process, from initial inquiry to final itinerary, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with flight, hotel, tour, and transportation bookings.
• Provide travel recommendations tailored to preferences and budgets.
• Prepare detailed itineraries and travel documentation.
• Process reservations, amendments, cancellations, and refunds.
• Maintain accurate data entry and records.
• Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and industry trends.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve concerns professionally.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Previous experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving ability.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good computer literacy with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Familiarity with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
