Reservation Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Reservation Manager will lead the reservations function for Amangalla and Amanwella, ensuring efficient booking processes and optimal revenue generation across all distribution channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive pricing strategy for all market segments and channels.
• Provide pricing guidance for travel partners, corporate FIT accounts, and group business.
• Maintain up‑to‑date group guidelines, target rates, and competitive pricing analyses.
• Manage inventory and pricing on brand.com, third‑party sites, and GDS, prioritising direct bookings.
• Monitor market dynamics and adjust strategies to protect market share and profitability.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers on rate availability and oversee group block administration in the PMS.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years management experience with international luxury hotel brands.
• At least 3 years in a reservations or revenue‑management related role.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong administrative communication skills.
• Proven planning, process optimisation and time‑management capabilities.
