About the role
Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a service-oriented, detail-focused Reservation Executive to join its Sales & Marketing team at the Radisson Blu Hotel Galadari in Colombo. The role covers room reservations, guest enquiries and booking-related activities, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency and high-quality guest service.
Key responsibilities
- Handle room reservations, guest enquiries and booking-related activities
- Work closely with the relevant departments and other teams
- Follow hotel policies, procedures and brand standards
- Provide excellent service and maintain professionalism
- Carry out other duties assigned by the Department Head or management
Required profile
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field
- Previous experience in hotel reservations or a similar role is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks
