Recruitment & Training Officer – Security Operations

About the role

LOKX Security Services seeks an energetic, result‑oriented professional to lead recruitment, training and deployment of security personnel. You will own the full hiring cycle and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified staff for operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment process for security personnel.
• Develop and execute field‑based recruitment campaigns to meet manpower targets.
• Source candidates through referrals, recruitment drives, industry contacts and other effective channels.
• Interview, screen and select suitable security personnel.
• Conduct induction and basic security training for new recruits.
• Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure timely deployment of trained personnel.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline for urgent and ongoing requirements.
• Follow up with newly deployed personnel to minimise no‑shows and early resignations.
• Maintain accurate recruitment, training and deployment records and provide regular progress updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting security personnel for a security services company.
• Previous field‑based role such as Visiting Officer or similar, with exposure to recruiting and deploying staff.
• Ex‑Armed Forces or Police background with recruitment and training experience is a plus.
• Strong recruitment network within the security sector.
• Ability to manage recruitment targets independently and work effectively under pressure.
• Willingness to conduct field recruitment, travel and work flexible hours.
• Good leadership, communication and coordination abilities.
• Basic computer skills.
