Recruitment Specialist / Resourcing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Dehiwela – Mount Lavinia. The role focuses on full‑cycle talent acquisition for UK, EU and US clients, requiring strong sourcing, screening and stakeholder management capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Source candidates using Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates to ensure a strong fit with client requirements.
• Maintain proactive communication with hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring journey.
• Track and achieve recruitment targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of solid recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
• Minimum 3 years as a Recruitment Specialist handling full‑cycle recruitment.
• Proven ability to source, screen, interview and close candidates.
• Fluent English with a UK or neutral accent for client calls.
• Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills.
• Target‑driven, proactive and results‑oriented mindset.
