About the role
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to lead full‑cycle hiring for our clients. The role is based in Dehiwela‑Mount Lavinia and requires a strong command of English with a UK or neutral accent for client calls.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Conduct Boolean searches and leverage LinkedIn Recruiter to identify qualified candidates.
- Screen, interview, and close candidates across tech, sales, and corporate functions.
- Maintain and update candidate data in ATS tools.
- Collaborate with UK/EU/US clients to understand hiring needs and deliver results.
Required profile
- 4–7 years of recruitment experience, including at least 3 years as a specialist.
- Fluent English with a UK or neutral accent for client communication.
- Proven track record of sourcing, screening, and closing roles.
- Target‑driven with strong communication abilities.
Required skills
- Boolean search techniques.
- LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) usage.
