Recruiter – Construction & Engineering

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter specialized in construction and engineering talent. In this role you will partner with hiring managers and client teams to source, assess and secure the best candidates for a range of technical positions.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for construction and engineering requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through interview coordination, offers and onboarding.
• Interpret technical job descriptions and match candidates based on project and industry experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and niche construction roles.
• Conduct salary, availability, notice‑period and candidate‑interest checks.
• Coordinate closely with hiring managers and account/client teams.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and keep ATS records up to date.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of construction and engineering job functions.
• Proven ability to source and evaluate candidates with relevant project experience.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented approach to tracking recruitment metrics and maintaining accurate records.

Required skills

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines.
