Employee Relations Executive – Operations

About the role

We are looking for an Executive in Employee Relations for the Operations function of our Activewear Value Stream. The role focuses on recruiting, retaining and managing worker categories, reducing turnover and absenteeism, and supporting a safe and healthy work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct recruitment campaigns in selected villages to meet manpower needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of company‑rented hostels for employees.
• Collaborate with Production and other departments to attract, select and hire machine operators and other worker categories.
• Coordinate with JCC members, organize monthly meetings, parent‑day events and reward programmes such as OBT for best line of the month.
• Handle disciplinary and grievance matters, ensuring industrial relations policies are communicated and applied.
• Lead CSR projects for the plant community, working with the Central Sustainability team to plan and execute initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Willingness to work on a shift basis.
• Strong leadership, communication and coordination abilities.
• Basic IT literacy.
