Real Estate Sales Agent

About the role

Grand Apartments is looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join its in‑house sales team in Colombo. You will manage customer enquiries, conduct site visits, showcase residential developments and guide buyers through the apartment purchasing process while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and social media.
• Qualify prospective buyers and understand their requirements.
• Arrange and conduct apartment presentations and site visits.
• Present project features, floor plans, pricing and payment plans.
• Maintain regular follow‑up with prospects and update interactions in the company CRM.
• Coordinate with Marketing and CRM teams to maximise lead conversion.
• Negotiate within approved guidelines and assist customers throughout the purchasing process.
• Build long‑term relationships while upholding the company’s professional reputation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real‑estate sales (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, Tamil and Sinhala.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Professional appearance and a customer‑first attitude.
